Terms and Conditions

Location: Hotel Coco-Cabañas y Casitas, located on Davis Street, Chino Davis Alley, 71, Zip Code 23880, Loreto, B.C.S., Mexico. The hotel has 4 cabins and 4 houses available for lodging.

  1. Reservations and Payments
  • Reservations can be made through our online system, by phone, or directly at the hotel reception.
  • To guarantee your reservation, it is required an advance, payable via bank transfer, debit card or cash.
  • The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival or check-in.
  • All rates are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN)and dollars and include applicable taxes.
  1. Cancellation and Modification Policies
  • Cancellations made with 7 days in advancewill receive a full refund of the advance payment.
  • If the cancellation is made less than 7 days beforefrom the arrival date, the advance payment will not be refundable.
  1. Check-in and Check-out
  • Check-in:From the 15:00 hours.
  • Check-out:Before the 12:00 hours.
  • Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  1. Stay Policies
  • Pets are allowed Guests who have previously notified their presence in the group and pay a fee based on the group size and that they have their own portable bed will not be able to use the beds or other furniture in the units. Guests agree to take care of the units and prevent pets from damaging them; otherwise, a penalty will be applied.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms; this is a smoke-free hotel. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of MXN 2,000.00for deep cleaning.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel furnishings, facilities, or fixtures.
  1. Services Included
  • Free Wi-Fi in common areas and rooms.
  • Cleaning service upon request of guests.
  • Use of common areas (patio, pool, garden, parking limited to internal regulations).
  • Parking is free but subject to availability.
  1. Hotel Responsibility
  • The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings within the facilities.
  • The hotel will also not be responsible for accidents occurring outside its areas of control.
  1. Privacy Policies
  • Personal data provided by guests will be used solely for reservation and contact purposes and will be treated in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
  1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation or checking in at Hotel Coco-Cabañas y Casitas, the guest agrees to have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
